Dorri Li is a martial artist and fitness innovator. Dorri teaches kung fu, tai chi, and qi gong-based workouts and wellness programs for adults, kids, and seniors.

Dorri was a co-founder of the Boston Kung Fu Tai Chi Institute and produced home exercise instruction DVD’s including the Kung Fu Step Workout series. Her hybrid martial arts and fitness workouts have been reviewed in Shape, Fitness Magazine, and she has been a national presenter at the Inner IDEA Conference for Fitness Professionals.

Dorri has designed and taught tai chi programs for research studies at Tufts Medical, Harvard Medical, and the Veteran’s Administration on chronic health conditions including fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis of the knee, fall prevention, and PTSD. She often works one-on-one to help clients with specific healthcare issues such as Parkinson’s Disease, arthritis, stroke-related paralysis, obesity, blindness, and ADHD.

With over 50 years of experience, Dorri has worked with countless students to build their physical strength and personal power.
